I’ve written page upon page about loves that last for years if not lifetimes. What I keep finding myself coming back to, though, are all the “luvs” that occur along the way: summer-camp kisses that taste like Fruit Roll-Ups, the fluttery feeling when thinking about the person who sat by us in the restaurant on a winter night not too long ago. Because they may last no longer than a few minutes, sometimes it’s easier to capture these luvs in shorter “micro” pieces.
I’ve created this little blog to let others share their stories (fact or fiction) about luv. There are ten categories, beginning with a 25-word group and ending with a 500-word group. If you’d like to see one of your stories (or poems) included on the site, please send submissions to microluv@gmail.com
hey Katie – you should add the link to the facebook page on here!
